Here is a compilation of some of my favourite resources to further support you. This list is by no means exhaustive but these are some of the most common resources I will speak about and send to clients after their individual sessions.
As I believe in the importance of embodiment and not just cognitive learning, this page is also a beautiful way to acknowledge my teachers and the different lineages that have also supported me throughout the years in my professional and personal development.

Yoga with Adriene - A wide catalogue of different pre-recorded yoga classes you can take in the comfort of your own home. Pick what suits. Classes range from 5 minutes to 1hour.
Therapy Blankets - Weighted blankets have been found to have a significant impact in reducing stress, anxiety and feelings of tension in the body. They can also promote a sense of calm and groundedness, particularly when we feel unable to cultivate this by ourselves. This is where I have purchased weighted blankets from in the past.
