No previous yoga experience is necessary as it is an invitational practice with lots of choice given throughout our time together.

No. In the membership there is no affiliation with particular religions or spirituality. It is about connecting to your mind and body (and spirit only if that is what you identify with) and finding what will best support you in your life.
