As humans we so often forget or are afraid to be present, to be here now, to connect to self.

The hustle and bustle of our busy culture (amongst SO many other factors) continues to blur our reality of what it truly means to be alive and thrive in our lives and hence we avoid, minimise, distract and numb.

Ultimately, we constantly forget (and perhaps have never really been guided to) our innate power, wisdom and inner resources that are yearning to support us in our daily lives.

So it is an honour to invite you into;

REMEMBRANCE : A monthly Trauma Sensitive Yoga Experience

Consider this a homecoming.

Let that word land, if you choose.

A monthly space to land exactly as you are, where you are, how you are.

To remember, over and over again.

We forget.

That is ok.

It is human.

And now we get to remember.

To reconnect.

This space can support and facilitate this remembrance of ourselves and our inner resources.

Each month a different theme will be explored.

This is a space of curiosity.

An invitation to contemplate and/or journal (whatever, however this looks like for you as we land in the space and is likely to show in different forms each month)

Then an experiential Trauma Sensitive Yoga movement practice to let the exploration be received and land in your cells.

No previous yoga experience required.

No right or wrong.

Choice making - always.

This is a monthly space to continue to reconnect with your inner resources and continue the conversation with self to cultivate the mindbody connection further. That is, we get to pause, notice and choose again no matter what the previous month has looked like.

This space can be particularly supportive for those who have already completed our 10 week, online Trauma Sensitive Yoga course, Reconnect. and are looking for a continued space to land in each month.

However this is not an essential to join, particularly if you already have previous experiences of using somatic (body-based) resources such as yoga, movement and/or breathwork to support you in your daily life.

Previous Remembrance spaces have explored themes of;

  • Spaciousness

  • Peace

  • Celebration

  • Recalibration

  • Being rather than Doing

  • Humanness

  • Presence

  • Nourishment
