Remember You’re Human: A Trauma Sensitive Yoga experience

A 30 minute, online practice for those who are curious about Trauma Sensitive Yoga. This could be a space for those who have never experienced it before, want to get a sense of what the 8 week program could be like or even for those who are well aware of this space and would like 30 minutes of remembrance and reconnection to self.

All is welcome here.

There is no right or wrong.

It is a gentle practice with lots of choice given.

Come as you are in comfy clothing and a space where you can be with you for a time.

Location: Online via zoom (link to the experience will be emailed the day before)

Date: Thursday 3rd March (or replay available until Sunday 6th March 22)

Time: 1pm - 130pm AEST (Sydney, Australia)
